About the owner – A & E Real Estate Development, LLC was established in the spring of 2002 by Randy Berrey, developer and owner. Randy was previously a partner in ESI Construction for over five years. Prior to his career in the construction/development industry Randy was, for Nine consecutive years, the top salesman for Parnell Martin Corporation, a Multi - Million dollar industrial plumbing supply company located in five states with it home office in Charlotte NC.

Randy is a licensed general contractor with the state of Georgia, as well as a licensed real estate agent. He and his wife, Mary, a Cartersville native, reside with their two sons, Alex and Elliott (A&E!) in south Bartow County.
